Saturday - 12PM

rope bondage suspension 101

In this class we will explore how to build suspendible harnesses, creating and placing attachment lines, and important body mechanics to consider for the top and bottom during suspension. This is an advanced beginner class for those who have a firm grasp on the foundational aspects of rope bondage. Must know a non-collaspible single column, have a repertoire of harnesses (will review how to make functional/suspendible, if needed), and at least 8 hanks of rope.

This class will be two 90 minute sessions with a 30 minute break in between

21 and older only.

Ms. Reemah is a queer woman of color from Atlanta. She has been an active member of the kink community since 2017. Ms. Reemah came up in the sisterhood Black Femme Doms (BFD)-Atlanta. She is the rope track coordinator for SELF, on the organizing board for Melanin Munch Atl, Shibari Study Educator, and the cofounder of Haus Obsidian. Ms. Reemah enjoys all things bondage, beating people’s ass (including rough body play), power exchange, and service. Her passions are teaching, mentoring, advocating for the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and developing/maintaining healthy relationships/dynamics.

Ms. Reemah derives immense joy and connectedness through rope play. There is an intimate connection between a rigger and rope bottom that is profound and like no other. Rope also provides an outlet for creativity by manifesting the beauty and strength of the bottom.

If you find it difficult to attend the group class due to scheduling conflicts or other commitments, we want to remind you that we also provide the option of private classes tailored specifically to your availability and preferences.
